And some news! Our October Spotlight is on The Starlight Foundation: Starlight Children’s Foundation helps seriously ill children and their families cope with their pain, fear and isolation with education, entertainment and family activities.
Not only are they generously donating two beautiful Swarovski Stars for our doorprizes for October and November (worth $65 each! thank you Heather Burnett) but they are also working with our AdDrinx team as we start an AdDrinx toy drive. Our goal is to collect 50 unwrapped toys for their Holiday Party in December - where a lot of kids going through some tough times will enjoy some laughs and a new toy! So if you feel so inclined, please bring an unwrapped toy Thursday night. If you want to send one later, we've made it easy by creating an AdDrinx Starlight Foundation registry at http://www.toysrus.ca/ (Registry #41961039). All items you buy will be shipped to us here and we'll be sure to get them to The Starlight Foundation in time for their holiday party.
